Watercoloring With Stampin' Up! Blender Pens 101 Free Download

Hello.  And welcome to Creative Card Closet.  My name is Lisa Brown and I am an Independent Stampin' Up! Demonstrator.

Today I am taking you back to an easy technique of watercoloring with our Blender Pens.   You can create some really beautiful projects that look like it took you hours to create.  And you don't need a hundred different products to do it.

Watercoloring with Blends #stampwithlisabrown

Do you love to watercolor?  Have you tried?  I do and I have... but sometimes you have to watch the paper you are using, how much water, are the colors bleeding or running together.  Well, a fantastic alternative to achieving the watercolor look by using Stampin' Up! Blender Pens.

Easy Peasy...

  • stamp an image with an outline in choice of color
  • then grab a color you want to fill your image with; can be the same as your outline color and something totally different
  • just squeeze your Classic Stampin' Pad to pool ink in the lid.  Open ink pad and grab the color from the lid using your Blender Pen and color your image

The special solution inside the pen gives you a soft, smooth watercolor effect—and you don’t even need water! Magic!

I told you, easy peasy!  I hope you try this technique with the Blender Pens.

For stopping by, I have a FREE PDF tutuorial and supply list on how to make the two cards shown in above picture. Download Watercoloring with Blends PDF #stampwithlisabrown
