Regal Winter Suite Collection

Hello ~ and welcome to my blog, Creative Card Closet.  My name is Lisa Brown and I am an Independent Stampin' Up! Demonstrator.  I love sharing projects and ideas with you, so let's get started.

Today I'm sharing an amazing suite collection and TWO projects I created with it.  I love the jewel color tones of the designer paper, it is so lovely.  And so are the Regal Foil dots... I promise you will love them and the gold flecks in them.  The Suite Collection is call Regal Winter (click on link to see the suite).

I created my first card, and have some left over pieces the, what I will call, the label die so I then created a second project.

Card 1:  Blackberry Bliss

My picture certainly does not do Blackberry Bliss any justice but I do love this card.  Some quick dimensions for you:

  • White mat:   3-1/4 x 5-1/4
  • White strip:  3/4 x 3-1/4
  • Designer Paper:  2 pieces are 1-1/2 x 2 and 2 pieces are 1-1/2 x 3

I cut the label in White and Gold Foil card stock.  When I did this, I saved the white inside and gold outside pieces to make another card...

Card 2:  Night of Navy

The Regal Winter DSP is cut to 4 x 5-1/4" and mounted on Thick White card stock base.  I stamped the white label piece in Pretty Peacock and Night of Navy.  I love the simplicity of this one.  I could have dressed up a little with the Regal Foiled dots for some bling.

So don't throw those scraps or extra pieces out!  Make a different project with them.  Happy Stamping!
