SAVI Sunday - Episode 47 - Combining Blends Colors

I can't say enough out Stampin' Blends Markers.  They have become my favorite coloring tool over the last few years.  If you have not tried them, you really need to!  Hopefully, this weeks SAVI Sunday Video will convince you to try.  I would recommend Old Olive Combo and a second combo pack in a shade of your favorite color.

Seashells By The Seashore...

Do you know I am referring to?

Seashells by the seashore... aka tongue twisters from my childhood.  My dad used to love to tell me and my brother different tongue twisters and say them over and over.  We would laugh until our bellies hurt.   This one went something like, Shelley sold seashells by the seashore.  It was just one of those flashback moments when I was titling my post :)

Here's today's card project featuring items from the Sand and Sea Suite Collection:

Here is the basic template I used which I took off of Pinterest.  The only thing I did differently, is that little 2 x 2 square in the bottom right corner, I left as a square.

Watch my VIDEO here or below to see it in action as I walk through the entire cutting process.  I then figured out my card details and put them all together.  Your first cut is the most important!

I used a New awesome Stamp Set called "Happy Thoughts" and then "Detailed Bands Dies" to finish off the cards.

Love You Always Treat Boxes

SAVI Sunday 45 - Stamping & Various Inspirations

Todays episode is geared around the Love You Always Suite Collection and the TREAT BOXES

So I have to admit, I had trouble putting these boxes together.  Join my Facebook page Stamp with Lisa Brown and check out the replay from my Wednesday January 13th Live.  Ugh!  I just could not figure it out and to be honest, being on a live video did not help.  Ha! Ha!

I figured it out and did a quick video for you all to know how too.  It is actually quite easy once you know how.  I also created a another box using more of the fabulous Love You Always Specialty Designer Series Paper and Forever & Always Bundle.  Both are in the Suite Collection.

PicsArt_01-17-04.35.23

To cover the box sleeve, I cut two (2) pieces of Specialty Designer Series Paper to 1-3/8 x 4" and then two (2) pieces 2-5/8 x 4"

This video will show you how I formed the Treat Box and then decorated.  Make sure to keep reading to see my other projects and A TIP!
