Doesn't your furry friend celebrate the holidays too?  Do they have their own stocking hung to get treats from Santa?  Well I know mine do.  They are such apart of the family.  We need to give them treats too.

What about a warm scarf or a winter knit hat?  Fido loves to roll in the snow and he needs to be warm too!

When I first saw the Snowman Embellishment kit, I immediately thought of these cards.  Aren't they fun!?!  The kit has little felt hats and scarfs, mittens too. 

Although, I think if I would put a scarf around my Smokey's neck, he would freak out.  But thought it there... I think it would make a real cute picture. 

The card base is Cherry Cobble card stock (standard 8-1/5 x 5-/12)

The dotted foil paper, red star strip, and the banner die are all from the Most Wonderful Time Product Medley.  This product medley has everything that you need (except ink and adhesive).  Great product to produce a lot of great cards.  

Dotted Foil is cut to 5-3/8 x 4-1/8"

Red star strip is 4-1/8 x 2"

I punched a cat and dog out of Cherry Cobbler card stock too, and adhered slightly off set so they stand out a little.

The temperature will be dropping soon, bringing ice and snow to Northeast Ohio.  I live about 20 minutes southeast of Cleveland, and with Lake Erie close by, it either helps or hinders us.  During the early months of winter, if the water temps are warm, it helps keep the snow at bay.  However, once those water temps start dropping and the Canadian winds are coming down, we can get some pretty brutal winters.  Our trees can look just like those in my project I am sharing today.

I will give you one guess what my favorite color is (if you don't already know)... yep, purple!  This card has my name written all over it.  From the color, to the designer series paper and the new Ice glitter; it has to be one of my favorites. 

Card Base:  Highland Heather cut 8-1/2 x 5-1/2 and folded in half.

Designer Series Paper:  Feels Like Frost is cut 5-3/8" x 4-1/8"

Focal:  Frame with leaves and snowflakes is from the Frosted Foliage Bundle cut from Highland Heather card stock.  I used the New Shimmery Crystal Effects and the New Ice Stampin' Glitter to give it a frosted or icy look.  Sentiment from the Frosted Foliage Bundle as well, stamped on Whisper White with Highland Heather ink. 

Love that icy look!

Merry Moose... he is an adorable little stamp.  This card has more of the rustic flavor to it.  Between the moose, embossed background and a strip of buffalo check. 

The moose outline is stamped in Early Espresso ink and the body fill-in stamp is Crumb Cake.  I stamped on Whisper White and used the Moose Punch to punch him out.  

The tree, from the Perfectly Plaid Bundle, is also stamped on Whisper White.  Stamped with Mossy Meadow ink and punched out with the Pine Tree Punch.  My favorite part of the tree is using the Holiday Rhinestones in different colors to represent ornaments.  

The Buffalo Check background stamp is stamped in Black Memento Ink onto Cherry Cobbler Paper.  The paper is 5-1/4 x 2"

The background is a piece of Copper Foil cut at 5-1/4 x 4" and embossed with the Hammered Metal 3D Embossing Folder.  Don't forget to use with our New 3D Embossing Plate for a great impression!  No shims required. 

I think this one of those easy to duplicate cards.  Have you thought about what your Christmas card is going to be made with?

This has to be one of my most favorite suites in the 2019 Holiday Catalog! The ornament stamps are so pretty and I LOVE the fact that there are 2 (TWO) punches.  I know punches take us space, but these are definitely worth it. 

My other favorite is the Designer Series Paper called Brightly Gleaming.  The foil accents are gorgeous!  If you are a scrapbook person, you are going to want a couple of packs. 

The entire product suite keeps in the same color scheme with Pretty Peacock, Night of Navy and Mossy Meadow AND Copper!  From the paper and ribbon, to the little star elements.  Cards and other projects will come together quick and easy.

My card base is Night of Navy that is the standard 5-1/2 x 8-1/2" folded in half.

Top half layer of Very Vanilla is cut 5-1/8 x 2-1/2"

Bottom half layer of Brightly Gleaming designer paper is cut 5-1/8 x 2"

The Very Vanilla is slightly larger so you can apply glue to the bottom edge and adhere Brightly Gleaming over top.  Wrap the "Merry Christmas" Very Vanilla Copper ribbon around before adhering to card base. 

Ornaments are colored with Stampin' Blends alcohol marks.  

I think I have found my Christmas card already for this year.  I better get going on those.

Hello everyone.  My goodness where did the time go this past week? 

I did my Week 2 Facebook Live last week.  I am still learning to navigate, and trying not to be nervous.  It is amazing what happens to my brain once that camera is going.

Project two, featured the MERRY MOOSE Bundle.  Oh how cute is he !!!  The outline of his body is stamped in Early Espresso and the body filler stamp is done with Crumb Cake. The best part, the moose is a punch.

The front piece of Whisper White is 5-1/4 x 4" and stamped with the Birch background stamp in Crumb Cake.  I used the Oval Dies to cut out the window and the used Stampin' Dimensionals to adhere to card.
