This is fun technique!  Have you heard of the photography term Bokeh?  It is when the photographer takes a pictures and makes it a little fuzzy or blurred. 

Here we used slighty dampened watercolor paper, reinkers mixed with water and dabbed it all over the watercolor paper.  After it dries, you cut different size circle masks, and sponge in white craft ink.  Such a cool effect.
